Terms & Conditions

By Casa Jplate appreciates your trust. Please read these terms carefully before placing any
order or booking. By purchasing or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms &
Conditions, in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA and the regulations of
the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and the
Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS).
By placing an order, the customer (“the Client”) agrees to these Terms & Conditions and the
specific policies regarding Orders, Products, Deliveries, and Digital Use described herein.

1. Orders and Payments
● All orders must be placed at least 72 hours in advance.
● An order is confirmed once full payment or an agreed deposit has been received.
● Prices may change without prior notice until payment is confirmed.

2. Returns and Cancellations
● As our products are perishable and custom-made, we do not accept returns.
● Orders may be canceled or modified within two hours after purchase.
● Any defective or incorrect product must be reported within one hour of delivery and
include photographic evidence.

3. Products and Allergies
● Our offerings may vary depending on season and supplier availability.

● All food is prepared in accordance with hygiene standards regulated by FDACS and
FDA.
● By Casa Jplate cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens. Customers
must inform us of any allergies before placing an order.

4. Delivery and Shipping
● We provide hand delivery services within Miami-Dade and Broward counties.
● Standard deliveries are made between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with premium time
slots available at an additional cost.
● If the client is unavailable at the time of delivery, the order may be left in a secure
location, releasing By Casa Jplate from any liability.

5. Use of Content and Intellectual Property
● By Casa Jplate may use images of events or products for promotional purposes
unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
● All visual and textual content is protected under U.S. intellectual property laws.

6. Privacy and Personal Data
● Customer information is used solely for order management and communication
purposes.
● We comply with the Florida Privacy Protection Act and Federal Trade
Commission (FTC) regulations.
● We never share personal data with third parties without explicit consent.

7. Liability and Jurisdiction

By Casa Jplate is not responsible for indirect damages, financial losses, or delays caused by
force majeure.
Any dispute will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, under the jurisdiction of
Miami-Dade County courts.
